Shipping policy

Our items are sent via Australia Post as well as some Courier Agents, such as Transdirect, Sendle Fast Couriers and other private companies for the  larger piece items are sourced out to find the best available delivery service available for the item in which you require delivery on. 

Please note Australia Post is not a fragile service and customer will be responsible for making their own claims if they do not use the Route Insurance. 

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-7 day business days unless the item is available for preorder which will be stated on the listing. 

Estimated delivery is purely an estimated time due to your location, road hazards weather, we rely on couriers and try our best to accommodate your needs when it comes to delivery. But this is truly out of our hands but please feel free to contact me if you have any concerns about your order I am more than happy to look into were the item is held up etc.

Contact me about the items of interest and delivery suburb include postcode if you could also let me know weather this is a commercial or residential address, access to drop of locations weather you have unloading facilities available for the bigger items. 

These items have been listed as free pickup I can organise delivery as these are delicate pieces please contact me I will obtain a quote on delivery the price will vary depending on your location, please allow a up to 3 days though the week on the weekends or holidays season please allow a little more time for quotes to come though, as I use multiple companies. 

These items are usually in a crate and are heavy and bulky, weight that exceeds 25kg, must be securely packaged on a forklift able to skid the pallet or create hydraulic tailgate at drop-off location my be quired if you don't have forklift machinery etc. Please let me know I can add this information in the quote. 

Please note that delivery time will depend on truck routes and availability at the time of your order the time frame may be shorter or longer.
