Azure Decor – Refund, Delivery & Product Information Policy


Section 1: Return & Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To ensure timely processing, we recommend initiating the return request as soon as possible.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received — unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • In some cases, a photo of the item may be requested before repacking, to confirm that no damage is present.

As a result, returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied.

Please Note:
Returns requested due to change of mind, incorrect fit, or failure to read the product description thoroughly are not considered product faults. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Azure Decor will not cover postage fees for returns initiated for personal preference reasons.
We strongly encourage reviewing dimensions, materials, and pickup/delivery requirements prior to purchase to ensure suitability.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted:

  • A return shipping label will be provided.

  • Additionally, instructions on how and where to send your item will be included.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If any item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately.
This allows us to quickly evaluate the issue and resolve it to your satisfaction.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note, certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before submitting your return request.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the fastest method is to return the item you have.
Once the return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the replacement item.


Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
However, please be aware that banks and credit card companies may take additional time to post the refund.


Restocking Fees

For some returns, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
This typically applies to change-of-mind returns or items that require significant processing upon return.
You will be informed if a restocking fee applies during the return approval process.


Section 2: Delivery & Pickup Policy

Free Pickup

Some items are listed as free pickup only. This means:

  • Pickup must be arranged by the customer — delivery is not included.

  • Proof of purchase is required at the time of pickup.

  • To avoid delays, please contact us before arrival so we can prepare your items in advance.

If you prefer delivery, you are welcome to request a quote.
Depending on your location, we will provide a custom delivery estimate.


Delivery Charges

Some products include fixed delivery fees.
However, additional charges may apply for deliveries to areas outside metropolitan zones, as fees vary based on your address.

To confirm delivery availability, contact us with your postcode, and we will provide options.
